Join us for a Team Volunteer Day!

Our volunteer days are an incredible opportunity for team building and for your company to engage with the community, support the mission of the food bank, and connect with one another!

Assist us in preparing for our service days by receiving donations, organizing the warehouse, bagging food, and setting up our grocery area.

Ideal for groups of 5-10 people looking to make a tangible impact. Participating groups will also collaborate to fundraise for the food bank alongside the volunteer day.

COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHTS!

While nothing we do could be possible without the support of every single individual in our community, we wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to some individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond these past few months!

A big bunch of thank yous to Island Cafe TO for the unbe-leaf-able donation of kale grown in their beautiful garden

Many thanks to Chickapea Pasta for their generous donation of gluten-free pasta, which will greatly benefit our clients with gluten sensitivities and allergies.

Grateful for this wonderful donation from McCain Canada! Their team stopped by our Dunn location to volunteer and drop off some delicious treats

We are incredibly grateful to Toronto Cat Rescue for their generous donation of pet food, making a big difference for our clients with pets.

Denis, our Warehouse Team Lead Volunteer, supports us three times a week with building projects and general maintenance. His skills and dedication have been invaluable. Thank you, Denis!

Francis volunteers with our Delivery Program, ensuring our clients receive nutritious food that meets their dietary needs. He has also been instrumental in training new volunteers. Thank you, Francis!

One of our Lead Volunteers, Rosemarie Legault was featured on Second Harvests community blog earlier this summer. Thank you for everything you do, Rosemarie!
